·      Maintain an attendance record of all SMHCA general and Board meetings

·      Record minutes of all SMHCA general and Board meetings, and distribute promptly to Board Members

·      Duties of the Secretary

·      Attend all Board meetings or identify a knowledgeable designee for any absences

·      Check to make certain the meeting minutes are being recorded and that all attendees acknowledge this

·      Create a written summary of the minutes, including attendance, and post this on the Board Forum page within 48 hours

·      Participate in committees as requested
